Celebrating an illustrious career spanning 35 years, Kim's journey commenced at the esteemed Esmod fashion school in Paris, where she immersed herself in the traditional techniques of Pattern Making and Garment Construction to create unique wedding dresses reminiscent of Europe's most celebrated fashion houses.
Kim's unwavering commitment to excellence has garnered her multiple prestigious fashion industry awards. She's also had the pleasure to grace runways with Megan Gale and renowned designers Alex Perry and Wayne Cooper.
Notably, Kim's talent extends beyond the runway, as she was the creative force behind the gown worn by Miss Great Britain at the Miss Global Pageant. Her work has also been featured in the pages of illustrious publications such as Harper's Bazaar and Queensland Brides. Throughout the fitting process, she instinctively knew what needed to be done to make my dress fit absolutely perfectly. She was even able to make hair pieces out of the left over dress material for myself and my bridesmaids!
When I floated the idea of creating a pair of shorts to change into for the reception, she didn't hesitate to offer to help. She worked with me to create my dream shorts, first by making a calico, helping me find the right material, before presenting me with the final product!
